My name is Joanna. I have my Master’s degree in Nutritional Science and I’m a mom to a very busy three year old, with another one on the way. I’m passionate about children’s nutrition and I love helping families raise healthy eaters and bring the fun back into mealtime.
Overtime I have learned that one of the best ways to foster healthy eating habits in children is by bringing them into the kitchen. I love cooking with my daughter and nieces, so I created “Raised On Veggies” as a place to share recipes and cooking activities that have been a success in our home. All the recipes are vegan and can be customized to your family’s individual tastes. The ingredients are simple and affordable, the food is healthy and delicious, and the kitchen activities keep your little ones asking for more.
